I went through the drive-thru a couple of times recently on Saturday mornings to get breakfast for my co-workers, and both times the drive-thru was on point. The last time, a gentleman named Antonio was working and he was flying. The time before was a lady, I forgot her name but she was hustling as well, taking orders, putting orders together, etc.

What is so difficult about melting the cheese on a burger at this place? This is the definition of sloppy, fast food. The place was not clean, the food was not good (even on a fast food level) and as my second crappy whataburger experience, I can say this will be my last.

Visited the Whataburger on 457 S.Loop Conroe and got the worst customer service ever.
I place my order at the drive thru window and when I pulled up and the window was closed but I clearly herd her say what the F---- taking and playing around (talking to her co workers) UNPROFSEEIONAL
All of the employees were laughing loud and playing around inside as I was looking in the window.
She never acknowledged me at the window they keep playing and running around.
She finally opened the window and didn't say Hi are anything just gave me my drink so I said Hi how are you and she looked at me like I said something wrong (no customer service manners)
She closed the window without giving me my change with out saying she was waiting change.
When I ask for the manager Yessica she was standing behind her rolling her eyes as I talked to the manager to let her know how the customer service was along with all the other employees all standing around looking and trying to hear what I was talking to the manger about.
The manager Yassica told me she would take care of it,
while talking to the manager the employee handed over my change right over the managers head and still didn't say thank you!!

The young girl at the drive-through today with the blue tape on her nose did not even say please or thank you. She looked at me as if I was below her definitely not a good experience.
